Directions For Use: 

Apply to the affected area immediately after a blow or shock, 2 to 3 times a day, massaging gently.

Do not ingest or use near the eyes, on wounds, injured skin or mucous membranes, or in cases of hypersensitivity to the Asteraceae family. Keep out of reach of children.
