DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving payment. UK Standard Delivery normally arrives within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

UK DELIVERY
Orders may be processed and dispatched from different fulfilment locations depending on stock availability and operational requirements.
Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to carrier disruption, adverse weather, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our control. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, orders will be delivered within 30 calendar days of the Dispatch Confirmation.
Responsibility for the Goods remains with Total Body Care until they are delivered into your physical possession.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If Goods are ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes or other charges may be incurred when the Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot calculate or estimate them in advance.
International customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information about applicable costs and procedures. As the purchaser, you will be the importer of record and should ensure that your purchase complies with the laws of the destination country.
Please be aware that Goods may be inspected by customs authorities. We cannot guarantee that packaging will be free from signs of inspection or handling. Your consumer rights may vary depending on the country in which you are located.
DELIVERY GUIDE
Total Body Care delivers products throughout the UK and to selected international destinations. The delivery charges shown below apply per shipment. In some cases, an order may need to be fulfilled in multiple shipments, with any applicable delivery charges displayed at checkout.
